This morning Rosie had another sonogram appointment. The scan showed that most of the eggs have matured to the right size, so the nurse assured us we would probably have the egg retrieval procedure on Wednesday but she had to pass it all by the doctor (she called back later and officially scheduled Rosie for Wednesday morning.) We’re thrilled, mainly so we can stop buying and injecting $350 worth of drugs into Rosie every day.
Immediately after her appointment, Rosie drove to Terre Haute to be with her Mom and sister at the hospital during her Dad’s heart surgery. It’s amazing to me that her Dad has never had surgery or even spent the night in the hospital before… and he just turned 80. That’s a pretty healthy life if you ask me.
