We’ve been hard at work compiling these photos for you. We took over 1,000 on our trip to Rome. We narrowed them down to the best 240 examples of what we did, saw, ate, drank and toured in our seven fabulous days in Rome (or aboard a plane).
I have to give Troy a lot of credit. I was exhausted after about three days of scouring through the photos and choosing only the very best, as well as setting up the best possible way to display these for you online. So, he stepped up and wrote headlines and captions for all of them! I spent this evening doing some editing and final touches, but most of the writing work is his.
I think this is the easiest way to use this album: click on the link below. You’ll be taken to the first photo in the album. At the top and bottom of the page, on the right hand side inside of gray bars, there is a “next” and “last” link. Just keep clicking “next” to page through the photos. Click here to open the gallery.
If you are an expert user of this software, you might want to change the viewing options around. However, I’ll warn you that it seems if you use the slideshow view, you don’t get to see our fabulous and hilarious captions. You don’t want to miss that, do you? So, unless you know something I don’t (and you might), then stick to the instructions I gave above.
Let us know what you think! We love to get comments on this blog. We love all of the people who helped us get to Rome. We love the moon and the stars, our dog Petey, Colleen, the light when it reflects on the lake …
